Hang Lay Curry Paste (Ready-to-use) - Available in 100g & 500g packs
- Ingredients: Shallots, palm sugar, vegetable oil, chili, garlic, Hung Le powder (contains monosodium glutamate for flavor enhancement).
- Allergen Info: Contains soybean, wheat, and crustacean products.
- Cooking Instructions:
- 1.Marinate 500g pork with 2 tablespoons (50g) Hang Lay curry paste for 30 minutes.
- 2.Sauté the marinated pork in a heated pan until fragrant. Add onion and ginger.
- 3.Pour in 500ml water and simmer until pork is tender. Season with tamarind juice and palm sugar.
- 4.Serve with rice or sticky rice.
- Shelf Life: 1 year. Refrigerate after opening if not used entirely.
