Om Curry Paste (Ready-to-use) - 100 grams
- Ingredients: Garlic, shrimp paste, galangal, chili, shallots, iodized salt.
- Allergen Info: Contains crustacean products.
- Cooking Instructions:
- 1. Combine 2 tablespoons (50g) of Om curry paste with 200g of meat.
- 2. In a heated pan, sauté the mixture until cooked.
- 3. Add 350g water and season with galangal, lemongrass, and kaffir lime leaves. Bring to a boil.
- 4. Serve with rice or sticky rice.
